WRTFD Firefighters Assist Bargersville FD with MVA

   Members of the White River Twp. Fire Department were called to assist Bargersville Fire Department with a motor vehicle accident.  The accident occurred at approximately 0600 in the morning on SR 144 and 400W. The vehicle appeared to have left the roadway striking a tree on the driver’s side door trapping the single occupant of the vehicle. After extensive extrication utilizing multiple tools, the patient was removed from the vehicle and transported by Rural Metro Ambulance to Methodist hospital in serious condition.
